This is a dart sewing machine and enabled to fit the material tight to body.

LECTRA SYSTEMES (VECTER5000)
This is an automatic cutting machine of LECTRA Inc., from a French CAM maker.
The data of cutting materials will be sent from CAD to LECTRA, then cutting will be done sharply under the computer control.
FUJI PRESS(WFS-300)
We carefully test the sponge to see the elasticity of dress materials before
cutting them. In the case we find some material which has some difference,we
transfer it to another machine for an additional procedure.
TORAY ACS - CLEACOMPO
Softwares installed in this machine are Pattern-Correction, Marking, and Grading.
We have two units functioning.

This is used for sawing hems and sleeves of stretching materials and knitting materials.
Double-stitching and overrocking are done simultaneously.

This is a needle inspection machine.
